1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tuz Maz Jamal matrimony website and mobile app. By registering or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and belong to the Leva community to create a profile on Tuz Maz Jamal matrimony website and mobile application.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the platform only for lawful matrimonial purposes.
• Refrain from posting objectionable, obscene, or misleading content.
• Do not misuse chat or contact details for harassment, marketing, or fraud.
• Do not send abusive, threatening, obscene or unwanted messages, and do not ask other members for money.

4. Membership and Payments

• Membership plans can be purchased on the website and in the app. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Sending chat messages and viewing members' contact details are available to members with an active plan, within the limits of that plan (for example, the number of contact views and the number of chat messages you can send to each member). Members without an active plan can browse profiles and send interests, and will be asked to upgrade to chat or view contact details.
• Contact details you have unlocked and messages you have sent count towards your plan's limits, and are not given back if you delete a conversation or your plan ends.
• All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Tuz Maz Jamal is not liable for transaction issues arising from third-party payment gateways.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data and images. By uploading, you grant Tuz Maz Jamal a non-exclusive license to display and use such content within the platform.

6. Communication and Matchmaking

The platform facilitates contact and communication among members but does not guarantee successful matches or marriages. Users are solely responsible for verifying other members’ details before engagement.

Members can chat on our website and mobile app. When you send a message, view a profile, or send, accept or decline an interest, the other member may be notified and can see your name and member code. Authorised members of our team may read messages when needed to look into a complaint or misuse. We may remove messages, restrict chat or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account found violating our terms, engaging in fraud, or misusing the platform. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on our account deletion page.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tuz Maz Jamal shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or unauthorized access.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
